    1. That the above said case is the pending adjudication before this Hon’ble
    Court and the same is now fixed for today i.e. 16.02.2023.
    2. That the Accused is out of station for a religious ceremony, and he will not
    be able to appear before this Hon’ble Court today due to the aforesaid
    reason.
    3. That this matter is fixed for cross-examination of the Complainant today i.e.
    16.02.2023.
    4. That the absence of the Accused is neither intentional nor deliberate but only
    due to the reasons mentioned above.

    PRAYER
    It is, therefore, most respectfully prayed that this Hon’ble Court may graciously
    be pleased to dispense with the personal appearance of the Accused for today
    only, in the interest of justice.
