Sub: Request for last LEG Posting at HQ Kanpur Region level.

Sir,
With due respect, it is intimated that post of Dy CPM II of Kanpur HO has
vacated on 31/12/2023 after retirement of shri SB Yadav on superannuation.

2. As I have already been urged in my previous applications dated 04/12/2023

and 23/12/2023, that my retirement is due on 30/06/2025. Hence only 18 months are
left to go for remaining service.

3. Sir, accordance with termination order of Adhoc arrangement in JTS of IPoS

Group ’A’ Cadre and posting in PS Group ‘B’ Cadre vide CO Memo No STA/255 -
XA/Adhoc/JTS/2023/1 dated at Lucknow 01/12/2023, I stand posted as Dy SPOs
Mathura Dn from CPM Kanpur HO.

4. Sir, in connection with my above posting, I have already been expressed my

inability through applications submitted on 04/12/2023 and 23/12/2023. (both copies
are attached with enclosures)

5. Sir, it is again submitted that I have rendered 28 Year and 9 months active
service in Army and posted at far flung areas in difficult locations throughout the
country during deputation in APS. On age limit after completion of 56 years of age, I
repatriated to Deptt of Posts from APS on 01/06/2021. Since then I have discharged
my duties and responsibilities on various post of Group ’B’ under jurisdiction of
Regional Office Kanpur with full enthusiasm and dedication.

6. Sir, I have only daughter of 25 years of age, presently she is under PG

medical course (MS Ophthalmology) in Jawahar Lal Nehru Medical College Ajmer,
Rajasthan. Only me and my wife are living in Kanpur. My residential house is still
under constructions in Kanpur City and I would like to complete it on priority as basic
family need. My wife is an old patient of psychiatric, diabetes and high blood
pressure. She is not in position to look after the domestic problems. Hence my
presence is utmost compulsory to resolve the critical family issues during last
movement of service.

7 In view of the above, it is earnestly requested that I spent a large period of

service far away from family and I wish to complete my remaining service peacefully
with my family in last stage service. Therefore, it is humbly requested that I may
please be posted as Dy CPM II of Kanpur HO as the post of Dy CPM II has already
been vacated on 31/12/2023 after retirement of shri SB Yadav.

8. I, as well as my family shall be ever grateful to you for this act of kindness
bestowed upon me.
