Employee Referral Program Policy

The Referral award payable is as per the below table. The Referral amount is subject
to deduction of tax and the tax will be deducted through payroll.

When the hired employee completes 90 Days of service in


2 S3 – S4 Rs. 30,000
the organization

Procedure:

1. Employees may refer individuals who fit the specifications given in the job descriptions for
vacant positions which the Recruitment Team posts from time to time. In case the resume
is already available in the data bank or referred from recruitment agency, the referral will
be terminated.

2. The employee’s role will be limited to the submission of the resumes of the candidate. The
recruitment team will process the candidates referred as per the recruitment process.

3. The employee making the referral will not in any way be involved with the interview or salary
fixation of the candidate.

4. Employee referral form to be dully filled by referrer and submitted to the Recruitment Head.

5. The referred profiles will become inactive after four months and hence not eligible for referral
award.

6. If the candidate referred leaves the company within six months, the amount paid to the
referrer will be adjusted in the salary.

7. Fresher’s will not be considered for referral bonus.

8. The referral amount and eligibility factors are subject to change based on the business
needs of the company.
