At Ensono, we’re always on the lookout for smart, talented, and dependable people. The kind of people
who can help us provide better solutions for our customers and who want to make a difference. We don't
just want to hire people who are the best at what they do—we want people who are great to work with.
If you can answer all of these questions with a definite “yes”, then we want to talk to that candidate.
Submission
From Workday, select the Career worklet. Under Actions, select Refer a Candidate. Enter information in
all fields, including Email address of referral. Add the referral’s resume/CV in the Attachments section by
selecting the plus button.
Please also provide answers to the following questions in the Comments field with your submission:
• How long have you known the person you are referring?
• Do you know them professionally or personally?
• Have you worked with them in the past?
• If they are referred for a specific opening, why do you think this person will be a good fit for the
position?

Program Rules
• All job roles are eligible for a payout, excluding fixed term permanent positions (e.g. Interns and
apprentices).
• All full-time and part-time associates, except Vice President level and above, Culture and People
Experience associates, and leaders with hiring authority over the referred candidates, are eligible
to participate in the referral program.
• Internal transfers cannot be submitted for the referral program.
• Former associates from Ensono or an Ensono Acquired Business (having left within the past 24
months) are not eligible candidates for the referral bonus program.
• Active or former contractors (within the past 24 months) cannot be referred for a payout.
• A referral must be submitted through the Career worklet in Workday or if a suitable position isn’t
available you can submit by emailing ReferralsUSA@ensono.com, ReferralsEurope@ensono.com
or ReferralsIndia@ensono.com with the candidate’s resume/CV attached.
• A referral must be submitted prior to the applicant’s interview being scheduled.
• An associate referral will remain active and eligible for payout for one year from the time the
referral was received. In situations where more than one associate refers the same candidate, the
reward will go to the associate who referred the individual for the specific job hired. If neither
associate referred for the specific job hired, the reward will go to the associate who referred first.
Reward
• Full Referral payment will be made 90 days after the candidate’s start date. There is no limit to
the number of referrals an associate can make.
• The referring associate and referred new associate must both be employed at Ensono at the time
of payment.
• Referral payment will be made as a part of the normal payroll cycle via a separate check/deposit
advice. Applicable regional taxes are deducted for all referral bonus rewards.
• Any referral bonus disputes will be decided by the SVP of CPE, who will consult with the CPE
business partner for the hiring organization and the hiring leader if necessary.
