- Overhaul turbocharger complete including dynamic balancing
Note :
- Running hour of rotor shaft complete was reach interval replacement ( Safety design concept / SIKO PART )
- Found wear at Bearing casing, Contact Surface between sealing cover and bearing casing
- Found rounded Scratch at Auxiliary bearing
- Found wear at bearing cover, with aluminum cover was deformation
- Found crack at Nozzle ring
and As per customer request all part reused
