Receive the Material from External Provider /

1 Customer ( RM and Others) and update the Stores Incharge Every Inward

Check for the Invoice qty against the actual, .For RM / Description , Qty , Material Inward Register
2 Stores Incharge Every Inward
RM and Others , Qty & DC only checked DC/Invoice No

List of Shelf life Items,

2A have to update in List of Shelf life Items Stores Incharge Shelf life Items Every Inward

Offer for Incoming inspection

Quality / Stores Std Updation Status and
3 to quality department and Inspection carried Immediate Incoming Inspection Std
Incharge latest Rev details

If the Material meets the Specification, receive the Incoming Inspection Report
Product parameter
4 conformation from QC . Update the accepeted Qty Quality Immediate
specification within limit

If the Material not meets the Specification.Reject Product parameter

the Material send back to Customer specification within limit
