lawful owner of a motor vehicle more particularly described as follows, to wit:

duly organized and existing under and by virtue of the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, with principal
office address at Maharlika Highway, Brgy. 71 Naga Naga, Tacloban City, Leyte, by virtue of this presents, do
hereby SELL, CONVEY, AND TRANSFER unto the said Vendee, their assigns and successors-in-interest, the
above described property, free from all kinds of liens and encumbrances.
