Your HU Student ID number is 317899. Please retain this ID number for payments
and future reference.
After you receive your I-20, a SEVIS ID is on the form (N and 10 digits) and you are
required to pay the I-901 fee to SEVIS using your SEVIS number. You may make this
payment at https://www.fmjfee.com/i901fee/index.html. Then, schedule your visa
appointment and be sure to take the receipt for your I-901 SEVIS fee payment along
with your passport, your I-20, and this Acceptance Letter.
Deposits and payments can be made through your applicant status page at
https://apply.harrisburgu.edu/portal/status_grad/. If your visa application is denied,
you may submit a written request for a refund of your deposit within four (4) months
from the date of your payment.
Once you have entered the United States, you must report your arrival to the
International Student Office by completing the Arrival and Check-In Form at
https://isohelp.harrisburgu.edu/. You will be required to
upload copies of your F-1 visa stamp, I-94, HU I-20, and passport bio page.
The semester cost for this 2-year, 6-semester program is $5,480 (U.S.). Tuition is
$4,980 and an Administrative Fee of $500 must be paid each semester. There are 3
semesters over each 12-month academic year. Full tuition and fees are due of $4,480
by April 26, 2024 using: https://apply.harrisburgu.edu/portal/status_grad/.
Lastly, please have your previous institution(s) send your official transcripts directly to
Harrisburg University to ensure there are no issues with registration as you move
forward in your studies. Transcripts must be sent directly from each institution to
GradTranscripts@HarrisburgU.edu. Alternatively, sealed official copies can be
mailed to Harrisburg University - Admissions, 326 Market Street, Harrisburg, PA
17101.
