INTRODUCTION:

The Human resource trainee reached the organization premises at 8.00 am.
Then trainee reached the HR department of the organization.

ACTIVITIES CARRIED OUT:


❖ trainee separated the application form and resumes of the candidates who
are came for the walk-in drive but not attended the interview because of time
shortage. Trainee arranged the application forms in department wise and called the
candidates for the direct interview in kattupalli branch. Trainee put the list of
candidates and their date of interview and sent to Head Human Recourse. After that
trainee has visited First Aid Centre.
PERSONAL LEARNING:

Trainee has learned to separate the application form and resumes in


department wise.
PROFESSIONAL LEARNING:

Trainee has improved his communication skills

Trainee has learned to make list of candidates with date of interview.

CONCLUSION: The HR trainee has left the organization by 5.00pm

INTRODUCTION:
The Human resource trainee reached the organization premises at 8.00 am.
Then trainee reached the HR department of the organization.

ACTIVITIES CARRIED OUT:

 The trainee has assigned to arrange the Interview evaluation forms in


order to segregate the selected, hold and rejected candidates. And called
the Selected candidates for second round of interview. Then sent a mail
with location of the organization with the contact person number to the
selected candidates. After that trainee interacted with Human Resource
Executives about the last month employee engagement activities.

PERSONAL LEARNING:
Trainee has learned about the last month employee engagement
activities.
PROFESSIONAL LEARNING:
Trainee learned to call the candidates for second round of interview.
Trainee learned about the Interview evaluation forms.

CONCLUSION: The HR trainee has left the organization by 5.00pm.

DATE: 6-9-2023

INTRODUCTION:
The Human resource trainee reached the organization premises at 8.00 am.
Then trainee reached the HR department of the organization.

ACTIVITIES CARRIED OUT:

 Human resource trainee has given the list for candidates who came for
the interview to the Gate-1 security and make his to allow the candidates
into the company. Then candidates are coming one by one, trainee co-
ordinates them and said to wait them in reception and arranged
refreshments to the candidates. After that Trainee given their resumes to
the Interviewer and called the candidates one by one. And selected
candidates document verifications are done by the trainee.
PERSONAL LEARNING:
Trainee has learned to co-ordinate the candidates.
Trainee learned to segregate the resumes in department wise and given
to interviewer.

PROFESSIONAL LEARNING:
Trainee has learned verify their documents.

CONCLUSION: The HR trainee has left the organization by 5.00pm

INTRODUCTION:

The Human resource trainee reached the organization premises at 8.00 am.
Then trainee reached the HR department of the organization.

ACTIVITIES CARRIED OUT:

 The trainee done 5S practically with the HR executive. Then HR


executive has explained about the contract and sub-contract in the
organization. Trainee has put all the employees list who are relieve the
company and reason for relieving during past 6 months in a excel sheet
and sent to HR manager. Trainee has learned about House Rent
Allowances.
PERSONAL LEARNING:

Trainee learned about reason for relieving the organization.


Trainee learned about House Rent Allowances.

PROFESSIONAL LEARNING:
Trainee has practically learned about 5S.

CONCLUSION: The HR trainee has left the organization by 5.00pm
