The Human resource trainee reached the organization premises at 8.00 am.
Then trainee reached the HR department of the organization.

PERSONAL LEARNING:
Trainee has learned about the last month employee engagement
activities.
PROFESSIONAL LEARNING:
Trainee learned to call the candidates for second round of interview.
Trainee learned about the Interview evaluation forms.
INTRODUCTION:
The Human resource trainee reached the organization premises at 8.00 am.
Then trainee reached the HR department of the organization.
Human resource trainee has given the list for candidates who came for
the interview to the Gate-1 security and make his to allow the candidates
into the company. Then candidates are coming one by one, trainee co-
ordinates them and said to wait them in reception and arranged
refreshments to the candidates. After that Trainee given their resumes to
the Interviewer and called the candidates one by one. And selected
candidates document verifications are done by the trainee.
PERSONAL LEARNING:
Trainee has learned to co-ordinate the candidates.
Trainee learned to segregate the resumes in department wise and given
to interviewer.
PROFESSIONAL LEARNING:
Trainee has learned verify their documents.
