With the recent passage of the country’s first Provincial Renewable Energy Tax Incentive
Ordinance advocated and championed by no less than the Negros Oriental Chamber of
Commerce and Industry, Inc. (NOCCI) and enacted into law by the Province of Negros Oriental
last January 22, 2022, may we have the honor and pleasure of inviting you to be our Guest of
Honor and Keynote Speaker to the historic Groundbreaking Ceremony of the country’s second
Bana Grass Charcoal Facility to be constructed in the Municipality of Ayungon, Negros Oriental.

The Groundbreaking Ceremony will take place on Wednesday, March 22, 2023, 2:00 P.M. in
Brgy. Gomentoc, Municipality of Ayungon, Negros Oriental.

We look forward to the honor of your presence on this momentous occasion as this is another
milestone achievement of NOCCI’s advocacy towards a more sustainable and a greener Negros
