Section 889 of the John S.

McCain National Defense Authorization Act

In compliance with Section 889 of the John S. McCain National Defense Authorization
Act for Fiscal Year 2019, as a federal contractor, it is Company policy that all Company
employees are prohibited from using personal electronic devices (including mobile
phones, tablets, computers, and smartwatches), routers, modems, wireless hotspots
and any services that are produced or provided by Huawei, ZTE, Hytera, Hikvision,
Dahua or any of their subsidiaries or affiliates for work purposes (collectively, covered
telecommunications equipment and services, or “CTE/S”).

If a Company employee owns any CTE/S, such devices shall be prohibited from being
used in furtherance of Company activities that involve the transmission of electronic
information, including but not limited to connecting to a Company network or system,
receiving or transmitting Company emails, or otherwise receiving or transmitting any
information to or from a Company network or system.

Where a Company employee discovers use of CTE/S, the use shall be discontinued
within one (1) business day and reported to GovernmentServices@cotiviti.com. You
may contact the Legal Department if you have any questions. Any intentional use of
CTE/S to perform official Company duties shall constitute a violation of Company policy
and is subject to discipline up to and including termination of employment.
