Addis Ababa City Administration Public Procurement and Property Disposal Service (AAPPPDS) has funds
with the Procuring entity's budget to be used for the Procurements of Different Types Of IT, Tonners And
Sanitary materials used by Addis Ababa City Administration public bodies with frame work contract
agreement for Three Ethiopian Budget years.

Therefore, AAPPPDS invites interested eligible bidders for the supply and delivery of goods and related
services as mentioned below.

Lot-1 IT 268,750.21 ETB

Lot-2 tonners 204,958.53 ETB

Lot-3 Sanitary 26,291.26 ETB

1. A complete set of bidding documents in English shall be purchased by interested bidders upon payment
of non-refundable fee of Birr 700.00 (Seven hundred) for 35 consecutive days starting from February,
2/2024 G.C/ until March 7/2024 G.C

2. Documents will be issued at Addis Ababa City Administration Public Procurement and Property Disposal
Service Finance directorate located at, 6th floor, room no.606

3. Bid must be delivered at on or before March 08, 2024 G.C At 5:00 Am/ 5:00 at 9th floor, Assembly Hall.

4. Bid will be closed on March 08, 2024,G,C at 11:00 Am/time and opened on March 08, 2024, At 11:30
Am/ at Yobek commercial center 9th floor Assembly Hall.

5. Interested bidders may obtain further information from 8:30 Am to 5:30 PM on work hours.

6. AAPPPDS reserves the right to reject the bid partially or in full.
