OFFICE OF THE SK PANLALAWIGANG PEDERASYON
I. CALL TO ORDER
The presiding officer, Hon. Brylle Deeiah D. Tumarong called the session to order at
1:42 in the afternoon with the secretary taking down the minutes.
Hon. Mary Joy C. Ambalong gave the invocation as well as the singing of the Philippine
National Anthem and the Siquijor Hymn.
Minutes of Meeting for the month of September has been approved and considered on
motion of Hon. Mimarie Joy Gom-os and duly seconded by Hon. Rodolfo Tompong Jr. and
Hon. Corine Ryntzi Larot.
There were no items added in the Order of Business. Hon. Shaun Avery Marchan moved
to approved the Order of Business duly seconded by Hon. Rodolfo Tompong Jr.
None
This time, Hon. Rodolfo Tompong Jr moved to suspend the Internal Rules and Procedure to
go on with the committee meeting together with the invited guests, the MLGOOs and ABC
Presidents, duly seconded by Hon. Shaun Avery Marchan.

IX. CALENDAR OF BUSINESS

UNFINISHED BUSINESS
Hon. Tumarong said that her office received a resolution with regards to this online
application. She also raised the main concern which is the payment for fidelity bond.
This time, she asked each of the ABC President present.
Board Legazpi said that it is not that much amount. It ranges from 1,500 to 2,000
pesos only. The barangay council should help their SK in this case
ABC Maria- They are willing to help because he believes that SK should be given
attention
ABC Lazi- He suggested that the members of the barangay council should contribute
for this matter
ABC S an Juan- He said that it is okay that it will be charged from the barangay funds
as of now since it will be refunded after all
ABC Siquijor- Same thing goes for Siquijor that it will be charged from barangay
funds since it will be refunded
Hon. Tumarong asked for the schedule of each ABC meeting because she wanted to
attend the said meeting to discuss the matter.
Maria- 1st Tuesday of the month
San Juan- 2nd Thursday of the month
Lazi- 1st Sunday of the month
Siquijor- Last Wednesday of the month
Enrique Villanueva- Last Monday of the month
Larena- 1st Monday of the month
Requirements were already given. Hon. Tumarong set the deadline for the documents
in opening of bank account. This has been set on November 26, 2020.
Hon. Tumarong also set the deadline for the LYDP and this will be on November 13,
2020.
The deadline for CBYDP and ABYIP has been set on November 13, 2020
Hon. Ambalong asked about the format of CBYDP and ABYIP since it isn’t that clear
for them especially in columns where MOOE and Capital Outlay is located.
Sir Mark from DILG suggested that it will be best if the said matter will be referred to
the budget officers considering that they knew all about it.
Aside from the items under Business of the day, other matters were also being raised.
Common concern of the SK Presidents is that there are still SK Chairpersons who are hard-
headed and will not comply any documents asked. One of this document is the Monthly
Accomplishment Report.
MLGOO Ma’am Boca said that what they did in EV, Accomplishment Reports should be
submitted together with other barangay documents.
MLGOO Ma’am Buctolan also seconded the concept. SK Accomplishment Reports must also
be submitted to DILG office in the municipality.
Hon. Tumarong asked about the schedule of the oath taking ceremony of SK secretaries and
treasurers per municipality.

There is a motion by Hon. Marchan to approve the items tackled duly seconded by Hon.
Gom-os

Province has already 6 suicidal case according to Hon. Tumarong. She said that the
Mental Health Task Force must be created.
B. Donation Drive
There being no other matters to be discussed, Hon. Mimarie Joy Gom-os moved to
adjourned the session and duly seconded by Hon. Rodolfo Tompong Jr.
