QUESTIONS FOR REFLECTION-OBSERVATION

When the exercise is completed, share your reactions. Did you feel a difference between the way you
communicated now and the way you ordinarily communicate?

NOTES: It is easier to express thoughts than feelings. Some people can not say what they are feeling: they
say what they think, not what they feel. Some foil to express any feelings. And some don’t know what they
are feeling. By practicing ‘feeling talk’, you can become more alive, more sensitive to your own feelings and
more open to the feelings of others.
