I possess over ten years work experience in a customer service facing roles and held teaching, mentorship and
head coaching positions in schools, youth clubs and sporting programmes where I educated adults and young
people and children about the importance health, nutrition, sports and fitness. I prepared teaching programmes
and delivered classes in football, sprinting, weight training and physical fitness. I worked with a number of school
authorities and other teaching professionals within London. I proved to be an effective communicator by teaching
sports and fitness and mentoring classes to a broad client-base. I also travelled to various countries (ie.
Denmark, Serbia, Romania, Greece and Wales to teach sports and fitness and as a result I have learnt several
languages.

More recently, I lived in Denmark as a hair stylist interacting with clients on a daily basis using my experience to
produce complex hair designs, diagnose hair conditions and give treatments. I also managed all aspects of salon
management including building maintenance, sales, accounting and online advertising and promotion using my
computer skills and increased client based and profitability. In the salon, I held coaching classes to share my
expertise and teach individuals interested in hair dressing the art of barbering and offered apprenticeships.

Overall, I have a solid work history in customer facing roles and am confident and effective communicator and

Football Player: I played in first team position as a Ring Wing Midfielder in professional matches. My duties
consisted of daily training exercises on the field and in the gym to promote and maintain physical and match
fitness. I also played friendly games to promote fitness and rehearse football techniques.
Coach: I also coached and mentored 14s to 16s youth teams in all areas of professional football including set
foot rules changes, ball control, passing ball techniques, body & ball co-ordination and reading and contingent
game plays.

Coach and Teach: I worked with young people from 10 to 19s under a NEAT programme, I prepared itineraries

This was a sport company that offers sport professional services to schools, council run boroughs and local
governments to work with young adults and children and those with special needs to promote health and fitness
and coach in-schools and after school clubs. My duties were rostered so I worked with a number of schools and
clubs on scheduled basis but I specialised in sports working with children with special needs.

Lessons Coached: I taught football, netball, tennis, cricket, weightlifting, aerobic workouts, circuit training and
indoor gym exercises including boxercise and 16 plus fitness programmes. I taught game rules, playing
techniques, control of movement and drilling plays for strength building all from basic, intermediate to advanced
levels to suit needs of clients.
Schools and Clubs: I worked with children from 5 to 11 up to 16 plus and worked with Cobham Allstars FC and
Therfield School as well as various after school clubs.
Mentoring: I worked with children on character building and mentoring to assess sporting and career aspirations,
drafted sporting programmes and techniques to build skills in chosen sport. Gave verbal and written updates and
progress reports to schools and club leaders as well as recommendations to improve sporting programmes.
