20 Dearator pressure and temperature C/V; 72 position feedback problem.
21 Turbine EXT drains and Gland Sealing drain, many drains are not working in auto.
22 Boyh ID fan hydrocouple pressure not shown in control
23 Drum metal temperature not showing since long.
24 Lignite flow measurement in individual feeder not available.
Unit #3 boiler area and also in cable galarry electrical cables found hanging and cable
25 trays are damaged required to provide proper needful support arrangement for proper
laying of cables to avoid any damage.
26 Phosphate pump trip indication as well as facia not come in CR
27 CW-3B motor side temp. gauge not working

LDO/FO pressure guage callibration on FO station and LDO PH area required.
29 Coal totalizer not working since long
#3 FO/LDO pump house radar cable fallen at ground near cabin, needs proper dressing
