Authority to Sell Agreement

To Whom it may Concern

I hereby certify that the persons named hereunder have the authority to commit themselves and
use all their best efforts towards effecting the sale of property registered in the name of the
company particularly described as follows;

measuring 0.11590ha.
leasehold 99 years from 01.03.1995

2. LR No:37/754 (IR No:63957/1) Nairobi West

measuring 0.3062ha.

Terms and Conditions:

1. The Company shall give a commission to be agreed on of the agreed selling price.
2. All expenses such as but not limited to capital gains tax, notarial fee relative to the sale
shall be shouldered by the property owner, except expenses for the transfer of the titles,
such as stamp duty, shall be shouldered by the buyer.
3. This authority is valid for thirty (30) days from the date hereon when it shall officially be
deemed expired/obsolete.
