In my capacity as AVP – Product and Policy, I have been working with Prateek Gahlowt for the past

1.5 years at IIFL Home Finance. In this tenure, I have worked closely with Prateek in the design and
implementation of the complete Digital Journey of customer on boarding Loan Processing system till
Sanctioning.

As an individual, Prateek has played a pivotal role in the digital journey of our organization with his
creative thinking and execution skills. He in his role as a product manager is well informed about the
product and digital aspect making him transform the offline product & policy needs into a digital
solution. Working with Prateek on this initiative reflected his great problem solving attitude and
clear understanding of the business model which made the transformation possible in the strict
timeline. This project has showcased his agility & ability to learn new things quickly and adapt to
changes as per business needs.

One of the qualities that I like the most in him is that he has consistently performed his duties with
competence, go the extra mile, whenever required and deliver a bit more than expected. He was the
one to never show disappointment and was ready with zeal and enthusiasm to put in the extra effort
to achieve the objective.

Though he leaving our company would be a big loss for us for the interim period, I am very confident
that this education program will help him upgrade his skills and let him grow in upcoming strides. I,
would love to work with him once again after his studies are over as we rarely come across such
intelligent, committed & inquisitive individual from whom you can learn a few things. I believe he
will be an asset to your program. I wish him all the best.
