Respected Army Chief Asim Munir sahb,

I hope you are well. I have come as the Association of Engineering Technologists to
convey the plea of over three hundred thousand technology graduates in Pakistan in the
service of our Army Chief. Your Excellency, it is a longstanding issue that our induction
is not taking place in our own organization, the Pakistan Army, while engineers, doctors,
and other professionals from our neighboring countries are granted equal rights in their
respective armies.

Your Excellency, our education is accredited by the Higher Education Commission, and
our graduates are registered with the National Technology Council. Despite this, we are
not appointed as Commissioned Officers, and various excuses have prevented us from
even sitting in Commissioned Posts examinations for many years. I request from our
Army Chief, General Asim Munir, that our delegation wishes to meet you to seek a
solution to this issue. Kindly spare some of your valuable time for a meeting so that this
matter can be resolved.

Army Chief, you are already a member of the National Development Council, and our
over three hundred thousand young graduates have full confidence that you will surely
find a solution to this.

Thank you for your valuable time and attention to this matter of public and national
importance, please.

With profound regards

FARHAN KHAN
