As I embark on this journey of apprenticeship, I am filled with a profound sense of gratitude

and excitement. My name is Shari Ann E. Sumalinao, and I am honored to share with you the
foreword of my apprenticeship experience.
To me, apprenticeship signifies more than just an opportunity to learn; it is a transformative
journey of growth, discovery, and personal development. I am immensely grateful for the
chance to immerse myself in the world of helping and assisting under the guidance of seasoned
professionals and mentors.
Throughout this apprenticeship, I look forward to gaining practical experience, honing my skills,
and expanding my knowledge base. I am eager to embrace challenges, explore new
perspectives, and contribute meaningfully to the work at hand
I am deeply indebted to my adviser, Romar Angelo U. Lopez, to STAN Atimonan Sub District, to
Doña Marta Memorial District Hospital, to my supervisors, Rona Khit L. Vistan and Jectopher
Laude. Their unwavering support, encouragement, and guidance have been instrumental in
making this opportunity possible.
As I embark on this apprenticeship journey, I am committed to approaching each day with
