    *AGREEMENT*

    *LETTER OF CONSCENT/UNDERTAKING*

    1. I hereby promised to abide by the dictates of this agreement.

    2. As a prospective grant beneficiary, I promised to retain ONE THIRD of any amount of money credited
    into my bank account, and return the remaining TWO THIRD to the designated account details of the
    NGO to be forwarded to me later.

    3. I equally promised not to renege on this agreement.

    4. Please, note that your FAILURE to follow the details of this agreement/undertaking is tantamount to
    tarnishing the integrity of your SPONSOR/GUARANTOR, Mr. Tajudeen Lawal, as he had already signed an
    undertaking with us on your behalf, with his comprehensive personal details (KYC) submitted to us.

    5. If you, therefore, agreed to fulfill all the details contained in this agreement, please input your name,
    append your signature and write the date as shown below.

    6. Send the signed copy of this agreement via WhatsApp to 08034236024 NOT LATER THAN 5PM ON
    WEDNESDAY, 24 JANUARY 2024, for onward transmission to the appropriate quarters for further action.
