1. Use of swimming pool (non exclusive) is from 8AM-7PM with proper swimming attire (no tshirt/ shorts allowed)
2. Electrical cooking devices are not allowed as power supply at the Sanctuary is limited. Hot/Cold water dispensers
not allowed
3. No corkage fee on food; corkage fee applies to alcoholic beverages.
4. Arrival and departure time is when you arrive and leave the camp. Extension fees apply for extended stay.
5. Overnight accommodation check in time is at 2PM.
6. This is a no AC cabin.
7. This quotation is VAT INCLUSIVE.

TERMS AND CONDITION

A. We will be bolding your reservation until by which time we Friday, 24 June 2022
receive your signed conformed by email, and your 50% down payment on or before Saturday, 25 June
2022 In the event that we do not receive the above requirements from
you by the above date, your reservation may be released automatically.

B. Please make a 50% deposit to bank account below. Please email scanned copy of the signed conforme
and deposit slip to guests@phillipssanctuary.com

C. Full payment should be deposited at least 3 days before event date and only payments for additional
headcount and additional activities will be accepted at the camp.

D. Guaranteed headcount may be changed up to 20 days before event date. After which, there will be
no more refunds for no-shows and decrease in head count. Increase in headcount is subject to available
slots

E. No cancellation after down payment or issuance of Purchase Order. Rebooking with no penalty is
allowed due to severe weather conditions and Government imposed movement restriction. Rebooking
with no severe weather conditions or Government imposed movement restriction penalty is 20% of
total package cost.

F. Phillip's Sanctuary reserves the right of final interpretation of all terms and conditions.
