The Student Teacher Association is organizing an activity entitled Parents and Students Internship Orientation
Program scheduled to take place on January ___, 2024 at 8 o’clock onwards in the morning at the Audio-Visual
Room. This activity aims to orient student-teachers and their parents with the policies and regulation for the
conduct of their Teaching Internship. Also, there will be a pinning ceremony for the student teachers, whereas
they will be given pins which will signify their deployment. Thus, it aims to ensure that the student-teachers are
equipped with satisfactory preparation in their upcoming deployment to each cooperating schools.
We sincerely hope that you will consider our request positively. We thank you for your continuous manifestation

Parents and Students Internship Orientation Program is an activity which helps student-teachers in the preparation
of their teaching internship. As future educators, the necessary guidelines and awareness will highly benefit the
student-teachers during their service. In response to this, the Student Teachers Association (STA) A.Y. 2023-2024
will conduct a Parents and Students Internship Orientation Program on February 06, 2024 with an aim to guide
the student teachers, the future educators, in their future endeavor in fulfilling as one of the requirements in their
teaching internship course, through inviting accomplished and adept resource speakers.

With regards to this, the Student Teachers Association (STA) A.Y. 2023-2024 are humbly requesting for the
utilization of the Sky Pavilion on the morning onwards of February 06, 2024, Tuesday, as the venue for the said
event.
