AFFIDAVIT OF FINDER

I, ________________, of legal age, Filipino, _____________, with residence and postal

address at ________________, after having been duly sworn to in accordance with law, hereby
depose and state THAT:

1. On _____________, around 1 o'clock in the afternoon, as I was fetching

water, a distressed sound caught my attention. The source was a baby crying
in a vacant lot behind Mercury Store. Upon investigating, I discovered a baby
covered in a 'lampin' cloth. Without hesitation, I gently picked up the infant
and brought him into my boarding house.

2. Uncertain about the next steps, I took the baby to my brother's house, awaiting
his arrival. By 5 o'clock in the afternoon, still grappling with the situation, I
reached out to my cousin for advice. He promptly joined me at my brother's
house to assess the circumstances.

3. Later that evening, at 8:30 pm, I contacted _____________. Responding

swiftly, he arrived accompanied by ______________.

4. Subsequent to these events, I underwent an interview with a social worker,

accompanied by two police officers, sharing my perspective on the situation.

5. That I am voluntarily executing this affidavit to attest to the truth of the

circumstances of discovery of the foundling within forty-eight (48) hours and
for whatever legal intents and purposes it may serve;
