VEHICLE BIDDING ANNOUNCEMENT

British Embassy in Tirana announces the re-opening of a sale procedure for a vehicle by a
closed bid auction.

The vehicle for sale is Range Rover (detailed information in the attached document).

The embassy will make it available for a vehicle inspection every working day from 07
December 2020 at the premises of the Embassy.

Please call or email one day in advance, to arrange vehicle inspection on site, between
11:00am – 14:00pm, from Monday to Friday. Contact person Mr. Tahir Çuka, mob no. +355

National guidance on COVID-19 preventive measures will apply during vehicle inspection.

Applications for participation in the auction will be accepted until 17 December 2020,
14:00 hrs, at the Embassy's reception office in a sealed envelope. The bid should contain:

- The price offered by the applicant, (the offer should be signed)

- ID card of applicant

- Contact information of the applicant (Phone number/email address)

- The vehicle will be to the highest bidder.

The vehicle will be sold on “as it is basis” to the the highest bidder.

In accordance with applicable local legislation the buyer shall bear all the possible
expenditures such as; customs clearance, VAT, registration papers, insurance & etc.
