The replacement shell and bundle has dimensions of 660ID x 4874mm in overall length, and will be constructed from AS1548-7-460R steel with an Alibronze overlay on the tubesheet. It has been designed to AS1210 Class 3 standards with a shellside design pressure of 600 kPa at 230°C and tubeside design pressure of 1000 kPa at 100°C.
