TRANSFORMATION MINI-PROGRAM

Suggested to be done all the way through, twice per week, but can also be broken up throughout the week:

A. OPTIONAL Warm-up 10 mins Reverse Sled/Deadmill


B. Calf Stretch 3 x 90 seconds per side (YES 9 minutes of upper calf stretching!)
C1. Seated Calf Machine 4 x 4 w/ 4 sec eccentric pauses
C2. Couch Stretch against wall 4 x 30 seconds
D1. ATG Split Squat 4 x 4 w/ 4 sec eccentric pauses
D2. Dumbbell Tibialis Raises 4 x 10-15 reps
E. Patrick Step Up 4 x 10
