Work Paper: Two Enumerated Points on (1) INTERPOL and its General Assembly and (2) the
calm of Europe (European Union [EU] in its expansion) into the future

(1) INTERPOL and its General Assembly will be assigned the duty of drafting and enacting
the proper implementation and codified laws of the United Nations General Assembly
(now and as the world Congress). The model presented by The New Societies -
Concepts and Apperceptions of an Eastern Caribbean model of Commonality (both the
book sketch and the legal article of the same namesake, both of Shawn Dexter John's
exclusionary work) provides the foundation for the pending procedures, duties, and
purposes of the General Assembly of INTERPOL as a policy legislature in all honesty.
Enactments shall apply to every Member State and would recuse all national codification
procedures when an automated codification process is incorporated within the respective
legislature. Any and all national codification procedures shall be nominal and
guaranteed affirmative success each instance of codification and there shall be no
restraint placed on any member government toward prorogue or suspension during
enactment and automated/member codification. Gender, gay and lesbian, racial,
faith-based including equal respect for all holidays of relation (including Hanukkah,
Ramadan, and Christmas), indigenous, ethnic, cultural, multi-national, and other
constitutional rights shall be protected without regression [at or] of any moment and/or
procedure as with the rest of the world as a Globalizing Society in progression.
(2) Succeeding the removal of all Russian and autocratic installments within Eastern Europe
and the detailed removal of the autocratic variation of democratic government within and
noted of the Russian Federation, the European Union (EU), in inducting the totality of
Europe into its continental Union in half a century including Turkey (not Israel), will be
the calmest continent on the planet, less superficially or aesthetically ambitious but
utterly liberal, complemental, and progressive in protecting the growing happiness of
European citizens and residents, Black and White, Christian and Muslim, and all other
attributes of the human condition in perpetuating identity and in commending equally the
enjoyment of Global Rights, Liberties and Protections, and Civic Duties. Israel will
represent the Eurocentric interest in the future West Asia Union (WAU). (The State of
Hawaii has successfully petitioned to remove (and conducted the removal of) all New
Zealander petitions requesting the removal Shawn Dexter John and all INTERPOL
agents out of the United States for having allowed China immense support in remaining
the economic superpower of the Asia-Pacific in semi-perpetuum (meaning until perfected
global utopia is achieved) with European-descent dominant Australia and New Zealand
gaining the capital city and orbit of the future Asia-Pacific Union [APU] [specifically
 Sydney, Australia] in a world becoming completely multi-racial and multinational within
each State and eventually no longer of a European majority going beyond 51% [both
New Zealand and Australia] by 2064. The negotiated democratization of China will not
abolish the Communist Party with the coming abolition of communism as the doctrine
and form of governments of the People's Republic of China, Mongolia, and Vietnam.
