 All benefits are applicable on emergency basis only.
 An Emergency Case is defined as “the urgent medical treatment necessitated by the medical condition of
the insured as a result of an accident or an urgent health condition requiring quick medical intervention”.
 A Quick Medical Intervention is defined as “the emergent medical attention and emergency medical
services required for the immediate diagnosis and non-elective management of a medical condition which
if not immediately (within 24 hours or less) diagnosed and treated, could lead to a serious physical or
mental complication(s), disability or death”.
