 Responsible for the process activities and environmental operation to meet company core

 Monitor chemical injection flow rate to achieve the good quality of export oil & lift gas,
 In emergency situation communicate clearly and concisely and following instruction from

 Experience in Three phase separator(HP, MP & LP) to maintain the interface level between oil
& water and monitor the surge flow for avoid the vessel blow out,
 PLR operation such as a Pigging operation,
 Operation knowledge about GDU system equipment’s Glycol contactor, Re-boiler, Flash
vessel, Surge drum, Glycol filters (Particle & Carbon filter), Glycol Heat exchanger(Shell &
tube), Glycol pumps and maintain the temperature to achieve the Dew point,
 Knowledge about Pumps start up, pumps equipment’s and co-ordinate with maintenance crew
to attend the pumps trouble shoot and reporting,
 Operation skills about water injection system Water Storage tank, SWL (Horizontal)pump,
Coarse Filter, Injection booster pump, Fine Filter, Water injection De-aerator Tower, Vacuum
pump, Main Injection Pump(NOVA PIGNONE, CNC & FLOWSERVE), Cooling medium

Well head Operations:


 Monitoring of wells, well performance through well test,
 well/fire SDP and shutdown system,
 functional checking of SSSV, SSV, control panel,
 preventive maintenance and trouble shooting, manifold valve operations,
 operation of X mass tree valves, controlling the well flow with choke as per production
requirement,
 gas lifting operation,
 assisting during drilling and post drilling operations
 Supervising the satellite platform while conducting hot work.
 Calibration of the chemical injection pumps.
 Operation of Christmas tree, flow line choke changing well actuating, well equalizing,
 checking STHP, FTHP readings
 well head panel operation annulus pressure bleeding
 surface safety valve (SSV), sub surface safety valve (SSSV) operation, the

 Checking of water injection and gas injection wells.

Gas Compression & Gas plant Operations:


Handled Different types of Gas Compressors (Reciprocating and Centrifugal) Sweet
Gas Purging, isolation & de-isolation of compressors, Start Stop Logics, Recycle and Anti-
surge functions, Scrubbers, Auxiliary pumps, Heat exchangers Etc.
Gas Dehydration Unit
Dehydration consists of two sections.
 Dehydration section
 Glycol Regeneration section.

Natural gas from HP, test separator constitutes feed to Gas Dehydration system Glycol
purification, Glycol Regeneration, Natural Gas dehydration, Coalescer separator, Glycol contactor,
Glycol Recovery scrubber, Reboiler, Burner Reflux coil, Glycol Flash Drum, Charcoal Filter, Lean /
Rich Glycol exchange, Glycol storage tank, Three way valve, Glycol Booster and circulation pump
operation Glycol pumped in the system and also the pH value checking at Glycol, Fuel gas, Pilot gas,
Blanket gas and stripping gas operation

Gas Injection Unit


Inject high pressure dehydrated gas into the well reservoir, Operation and maintenance of
multistage gas compressors, Scrubbers, Inter Coolers, After Coolers, separators, control the
dryers, pressurization/depressurization of the dryer, control the cool box, operations and
maintenance of single stage and expander, handling LPG dispatch centrifugal type compressors
and NGL pumps.

Water Treatment & Injection operations:


 Pre-treatment of Sea water, water Filtration (less than 10 microns)
 De-aeration tower e, Filters fine filters, cartridge filter, media filter & sand filter.
 Feed water Pumps, Booster Pumps, vacuum pump, Main injection pumps (NOVO PIGNONE,
FLOWSERVE)
 Chemical Injection (Biocide Scale inhibitor corrosion inhibitor O2scvenger and Poly-
electrolyte),
 Operations and Monitoring of Water Injection System, High Pressure Injection Pumps, and
Injection Turbine pump Injection water heater Operations and Water Sampling etc.

Commissioning Activities:

 Follow up of all flushing and hydro testing.


 Leak testing, Pressure testing.
 Doing PTP (Pre commissioning test Procedure)
 Clearing punch list.
 Maintain all documents related commissioning. Pre commissioning activities.
 Doing maintenance / Preservation of equipment’s.
 Good Knowledge about P& ID, PFD, PPD, Red line markup.
