Strengths: I have a close relationship with many of my colleagues, both inside and outside the classroom. We
communicate regularly and are very open with each other. We have a strong SST team and SPED team, and I
have consistent and strong relationships with my students’ families. I get to know my students well to

learning about each child. I create and find content that enhances my units and curriculum with instructional
materials designed by me, and share my work with other teachers to support the learning of all students.

Areas of Growth: I would like to observe more teachers in their element to support and learn from them. I want
to mentor new/incoming teachers and attend SST meetings to provide ideas, support other teachers and
families, and learn of academic/behavioral goals of students in different grade levels.
