1. A printed rules should be provided to everyone regarding ofc policies etc
2. new joinees should have a proper induction program. explaining the permit sets , flow of work , type of projects - just an overview sorts. Also a proper introduction of new joinee should be given to others. 3. X-ref tutorial must be given to all 4. new joinees should be provided with standards pdf , bs sheets , ctbs on day 1. 5. codes of each city could be printed and kept in ofc for everyone’s reference. also of IRC IBC WSEC. 6. 1 guidance set of each city should be provided for reference. 7. We need to finalize the format of each sheet ( door-window eg) 8. grid - final format should be decided 9. remodel and new projects should be explained in brief 10. If any change or additional information given to anybody regarding work should be conveyed to everyone. ( through whatsapp group maybe ) 11. MOM after each meeting to be send to client 12. excel sheet should be prepared for ofc with having separate tabs for each project . daily updates should be given by respective employees . If any task needs to be done in particular project sir/employee should be able to add in the task list . 13. timelines of each project should be discussed beforehand to avoid last minute rush. 14. A chart should be made in excel for all of the consultants we are dealing with for reference purposes . 15. A table should be filled up by sir/afnan referencing the popular companies and websites for various elements like appliances , interior/ exterior materials, staircases , etc . 16. files saving style or methods should be standard : year - month - day folders etc 17. one diary could be given to each for daily notes/ to do list . occasionally checking could be done . 18. Some parts like HVAC , energy credits , etc need to be learned in brief for knowledge . any type of crash course or a meeting with professionals also could do . 19. MPB portals needs to be checked time to time. 20. New softwares like enscape , revit could be learned for employees betterment (basic introduction at least) 21. Birthdays or festival / days should be celebrated in ofc . 22. Monthly at least 1 meeting should be scheduled to overview the performances of employees. (Some kind of token of appreciation would be great to boost the performance)
