CHIFFON CAKE

4 egg yolk
1/2 tsp. Salt
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup water
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 1/4 cup cake flour

Meringue:
4 egg whites
1/4 tsp cream of tartar
1/2 cup granulated sugar

Butter cream icing

1 cup lard
1 cup confectioner sugar
2 tbsp evaporated milk (cold)
Butter
CHEESE CAKE (creaming method)

½ cup butter
½ cup granulated sugar
2 eggs

1 3/4 cup sifted APF


3 tsp. baking powder
½ tsp. salt

½ cup evap
1 tsp. vanilla

1 cup grated cheese


1 can big condensed milk

Preheat oven 350 deg.F.
