D. Brief summary of the movie:

 Armed with a clear vision and a brazen, 78-page plan, Richard
Williams is determined to write his two daughters, Venus and
Serena, into history. Training on tennis courts in Compton,
Calif., Richard shapes the girls' unyielding commitment and
keen intuition. Together, the Williams family defies seemingly
insurmountable odds and the prevailing expectations laid
before them.
E. Climax or Exciting part of the movie:
• King Richard ends with title cards listing Venus and
Serena's accomplishments, and "Just as Richard
predicted," suggesting his eccentricity was justified
byhis daughters' success. But not all of his ambitions
ended so inspirationally. Regardless, Richard's methods
of raising Venus and Serena were influential.
F. Problem/s or Challenge/s encountered:
 There’s a scene early on in “King Richard,” the crowd-pleasing
tale of how Richard Williams raised the two greatest players in
women’s tennis history, that finds young Venus and Serena
doing a photo op with Nancy Reagan. The former first lady is
explaining to the crowd the origin of her famous anti-drug
slogan, “Just Say No.” It was a controversial campaign then and
now because it inherently placed the burden of drug abuse
solely on the individual, ignoring the systemic economic and
racial issues that produced the crack cocaine epidemic of the
1980s. It’s a key moment because the film basically does the
same thing.

G. Solution applied in the problem/s:

 (Teach them humility) King Richards is not just the story of a
father who cares for his daughters, but it is about the way he
raises them. While he takes utmost pride in his daughters
success and achievements, he makes sure that his daughters
do not get blinded by all the attention.
H. Striking line/s or dialogue/s the you find interesting and worth
remembering:
 "Where I grew up, Louisiana, Cedar Grove, tennis was not a
game peoples played. We was too busy running from the
Klan".
 "No matter how them peoples treated her, no matter how
disrespected, she stayed calm, she kept her heart clean. She
was humble."
 "We're more than a team; we're a family."
 "Now, I haven't been no great daddy but I've never done
nothing but try to protect you."
I. Moral Lesson/s:
 The importance of planning
 Hard work and tenacity can take you places
 The more successful you are the more haters you’ll have
 Don’t make success about getting in the spotlight
 Have a positive mindset
J. Learning/s you gain as BPED 3rd year student.
 When I became a coach I will always remember that it should
be: Be forever learning, Make a detailed plan,Don’t think
about what other people do; think of what you do,The right
attitude and a strong mind win the game.
