NOTIFICATION
Islamabad, the 21 July, 2022
S.R.O. 1088(1)/22-In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (f) of section 7
of the Right of Access to Information Act, 2017 (X)OCIV of 2017), the Prime Minister in his
capacity as Minister-in-Charge of Establishment Division, has been pleased to declare that
section 6 of the said Act shall not apply to the following documents or record of the
Establishment Division and the Federal Public Service Commission (FPSC) namely:-
copies of noting, summaries, cabinet decisions pertaining to CSS
Competitive Examination Rules, 2019;
all particulars including name, contact etc. of the paper setters, examiners
and external psychologists for any exam or test held by FPSC;
all particulars of any candidate of any exam or test held by FPSC as
reflected in the application forms and attached documents furnished to
FPSC;
all question papers including multi choices questions (MCQs) or
descriptive etc. which are required to be returned by the candidate to
supervisory staff at the examination center on conclusion of the test or
exam concerned;
written scripts/ optical mark reader (OMR) sheets of the candidates of
competitive examination or general recruitment or final passing out
examination and any other exam and test held by FPSC;
all records relating to psychological exams or tests held by FPSC;
particulars regarding results of a candidate unless announced by FPSC;
allocation charts of CSS competitive examinations;
calculation and quota-wise distribution of CSS vacancies till
announcement of final public notice or press note published by FPSC in
electronic or print media;
copies of the noting portions of any aforesaid case or internal records of
FPSC;
proceedings including names or personal details of Members or
departmental representative nominated for conduct of viva voce or
interviews or personal hearings; and ,
(1) SOPs or Policy order or instructions issued by the Commission from time
to time, unless decided by the Commission to be made public.
