 RULES AND REGULATIONS
1. Each entry must be supported by an age certificate from either of the following
authorities, Head Master / Principal / Dept. N.M.C.
2. A Swimmer cannot take part in a different age group other than his own age group.
3. Swimmers can take part in maximum 3 events.
4. Age calculations as on 31/12/2022.
5. Judges decision will be final.
6. There will be no finals. The placing will be decided on the best timings from the Time
Trials.
7. For Group III, IV and V, the prizes will be given to FIRST THREE places and for
Group I and II, the prizes will be given to FIRST SIX places according to their best
timings.
8. The protest fee’s Rs.1000/-. Any objection by the competitor will have to be taken
within 30minutes from the event.
9. The Organizing committee will not be responsible for any loss or damage to the life of
the participant.
10. The organizing committee can reserve the decision & has the right to make any
changes in the programme of events.
11. Every Competitor should be present at the Swimming Pool before the call of Individual
event so as to avoid inconvenience to both competitor & the technical committee.
12. The last date for submission of entry forms is 18/06/2023 upto 09.00p.m. at N.I.T
Swimming Pool (HSA), North Ambazri road Nagpur.
