JOB RESPONSIBILITY

• Ensure all NC materials detected at receiving stage and only conformed materials
forwarded to next process which must meet design specifications and satisfy to
customer requirement.
• Knowledge of PPAP documents, Control Plan , SPC, inspection standard and WI.
• Ensure each process producing output as per given specifications.
• Ensure only design spec' conformed materials are supplying to customers on time
which must satisfy customers requirement.
• Implement and maintain 5-S in quality area.
• Review the material receiving inspection report and action accordingly.
• Responsible for threading inspection ,drift test ,Raw materials inspection ,In
process inspection ,Verification of materials grade, special process like Heat
Treatment, Nitriding, copper plating, Induction Hardening etc.
• Review the In process inspection & Special process report and action accordingly.
Review the final inspection report and action accordingly.
• Knowledge of Non Destructive Examination like visual testing, LPT, MPI, UT.
• Provide on Job Training to quality personnel.
• Maintain Quality data in ERP.

JOB RESPONSABILITY

• In-process Quality Monitoring necessary to achieve product quality as per

drawing specifications and control plan.
• Studying process behavior, its control & continuous improvement through PC &
Quality Tools.
• Perform FAI for new product or upgraded one.
• Responsible for verification of Process Parameter as per defined standard.
• Rejection recording, monitoring & analysis Root cause verification and identify
countermeasure, implementation & monitoring effectiveness on daily basis .
• Analysis of Nonconformance components and take corrective and preventive
action to avoid the problem,
• Interacting with production Deptt. for the non-conformity of component & their
root cause.
• Responsible for maintaining 5"s.
• Analysis of defects and Root cause analysis (RCA) with team for various line
issues.
• Preparing Quality defects summary and PARETO CHART.
• Responsible for documentation -work Instructions, one point Lesson.
• To train inspectors at the different stages.
