Normal sized, no mass in the appendage or body.

 Right ventricle and right atrium:


Normal sized, good RV systolic function.

 Mitral valve:
Normal leaflets and sub-valvar apparatus.
Trivial regurgitation.

 Aortic valve:
Three cusps - no thickening/calcification, good systolic excursion.
No significant regurgitation.
 Tricuspid valve:
Normal leaflets, normal sized annulus, mild regurgitation.
 Pulmonic valve:
Normal cusps, good systolic excursion.
 Ventricular septum:
Intact.
 Inter-atrial septum:
Intact.
 Pericardium :
No thickening , no effusion.
 Others:
No intra-cardiac mass.
Estimated PA pressure : 30 mmHg, (systolic)

CONCLUSION:
 Good left ventricular systolic function with adequate diastolic compliance.
 No RWMA with LVEF : 64%.
 No pulmonary arterial hypertension.

Suggested clinical correlation and further evaluation.
