Sir, As per the CCM /SC instructions while inspecting AWB station on dated 20.04.2011. While his inspection he instructed to collect the Ice sample for food analyses from Juice stall of PF. No: 2/3. As per his instruction I collected the ICE WATER sample for Bacteriological examination under Quality Control on 02.05.2011 and send to RPHL/AWB for analysis.

In lab report it was found unfit for human consumption.

Report no: -2255 dated on 07.05.2011.

It is get your notice that for the washing of the platforms and washable aprons of Aurangabad railway station by using the mechanized cleaning machine like High pressure get machine it needs the separate pipe line at platform side wall and for cleaning of the washable apron provide Pressure nozzle. By using this water will be saved and cleanliness will be improved & this proposal already proposed by the AGM/SC sirs inspection at AWB station on 24th MAY 2011 and CMD/SC Inspections also. So, kindly look into the matter and take necessary action immediately and to help in maintain the station clean.
