Team Charter

Project Name: Practice Marketing Simulation

Team Agreement

Introduction:
This Team Charter outlines the roles, responsibilities, procedures, and code of conduct for
our team as we work together on the Practice Marketing Simulation project. We are
committed to working collaboratively and effectively to achieve our project objectives.
Should any issues or conflicts arise during the project, this document will serve as a
reference for resolving them. It is essential that we maintain open communication and
mutual respect throughout the project.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1) Ridam Kohli
Role: [team leader and researcher ]
Contribution: [Leads a specific subgroup or aspect of the project , Coordinates activities
within the team , Ensures that team members are meeting their deadlines , Reports
progress to the project manager.]

2)[Kunal Ahuja].
Role: [Communication coordinator , data researcher]
Contribution: [Manages communication within the team , conducts research on relevant
topics , Gathers information, data, and resources.]

3)Priyansh Singh
Role: [Designer and creative specialist]
Contribution: [Designs visual elements, graphics, presentations, or other media.
Ensures that design elements align with the project's goals.]

4) Jasmeen
Role: [content and creative specialist]
Contribution: [Creates project content such as reports, documents, articles, or other written
materials. Ensures content is accurate, well-structured, and on-topic]

5) Dheeraj
Role: [Developer or Technical Specialist]
Contribution: [Handles technical aspects of the project (e.g., software development, website
design).]

Team Procedures:

Communication: We will maintain open and transparent communication using


[communication tools or platforms]. We will respond to messages and emails in a timely
manner.
Meeting Schedule: We will hold regular team meetings to discuss project progress and make
decisions. Meeting times will be scheduled .
Decision-Making: Decisions will be made by consensus whenever possible. If a consensus
cannot be reached, we will put it to a majority vote, and all team members will support the
majority decision.
Work Division: We will assign tasks and responsibilities based on individual strengths and
expertise. Each team member is responsible for delivering their assigned tasks on time.
Deadlines: We will adhere to all project deadlines and communicate in advance if there are
issues that may affect our ability to meet them.
Peer Evaluation: We will conduct peer evaluations as per the schedule on the eLearn site.
These evaluations will be confidential and used to provide feedback on team members'
performance.

Code of Conduct:

Respect: We will treat each team member with respect, acknowledging their contributions
and valuing their opinions.
Responsibility: We are all equally responsible for the success of the project. Each team
member should take their tasks seriously and complete them to the best of their ability.
Professionalism: We will conduct ourselves in a professional manner in all communications
and interactions related to the project.
Conflict Resolution: In case of conflicts or disagreements, we will address them openly and
aim to find solutions that benefit the team and the project.
Participation: All team members are expected to actively participate and contribute to the
project. Failure to do so may result in seeking assistance from the instructor.
Mitigating and Resolving Conflicts:

If any conflicts arise that cannot be resolved within the team, we will seek the assistance of
the instructor as early as possible to minimize disruptions to the project.
Project Deliverables:

Tutorial and Individual Practice: These will be completed individually by the specified due
dates.
Strategic Plan: We will collaboratively develop a Strategic Plan by the assigned date.
Simulation Presentation: We will prepare and deliver a 12-minute presentation at the end of
the course.
Final Simulation Report: Our team will compile a Final Simulation Report and upload it to
eLearn by the due date.
Peer Evaluation: We will complete peer evaluations as per the schedule on the eLearn site.
Agreement Acceptance:
We, the undersigned team members, agree to abide by the terms and guidelines outlined in
this Team Charter. We understand the importance of effective teamwork and are
committed to achieving success in the Practice Marketing Simulation project.
