Graffit artists are appreciated because they introduce art to the public, especially to those who
would not otherwise visit art museums or galleries. People can see graffiti art everywhere. It helps stimulate
interest as well as creativity amongst the public.
When the graffiti art is done well, it can also help brighten up the area and give otherwise soulless
walls some personality. The works of some graffiti artists, such as the well-known British artist Banksy, have
been become tourist attractions.
Graffiti art is a valuable form of public self-expression for the artists. It is different from painting in
private, as graffiti art can send out a strong public and sometimes even political message. To encourage
the freedom of self-expressions, graffiti art should not be dismissed as an important channel of free speech.

When people like collecting paintings, they can even buy expensive paintings. There are some
reasons why paintings can be expensive.
First, the artist's reputation influences the price of the painting. While some artists may sell their
work for reasonable prices, once they establish a reputation, their work becomes much more valuable.
‘Additionally, the limited supply of an artist's work can increase the prices because many collectors compete
to get their favorite artist's work. Even though the art price is not reasonable or very expensive for some
people, they often reflect the artist's stature in the market.
‘The theme of paintings also determines the price. A painting of a simple theme will not as expensive
as a painting with a more complex or unique theme. This is because a more exciting or thought-provoking
‘theme is rare, so this kind of painting is more valuable. Therefore, the price of painting is not only based on
the physical materials used to create it.
