CADR -IFIM LAW SCHOOL

Research Wing

Objective:
Establish a structured and efficient framework for the CADR Research Wing to foster continuous knowledge growth
and enhance the visibility of CADR as a premier research center in the field of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR).

Tasks:
1. Update on Call for external Blogs/Papers (Regular Basis- via Mail) :
 Four designated heads will coordinate six members each for weekly external call for blogs/papers update.
 Co-authors will be matched from committee members for enhanced commitment.
2. Blogs Write-ups for CADR Blog:
 Committee members will contribute insightful blog write-ups.
 Submission deadline for blogs: February 20.
 Blogs will undergo editing and review from February 20 to 28.
 Blogs will be posted on the CADR website by March 1.
3. Webinars/Workshops (Monthly):
 Organize monthly webinars/workshops featuring external guests discussing noteworthy topics.
 Ensure active participation and engagement of students.
4. Newsletter (Quarterly):
 Compile and release a quarterly newsletter.
 Include chosen blogs from the past three months, summaries of noteworthy judgments, reports of CADR-
organized events, and achievements of IFIM students in ADR.

External Call of Blogs/Papers:


 Committee will send out regular updates and calls for paper/blog submissions.
 Coordination of weekly review sessions will be managed by the designated heads.
 Mail will be send to IFIM Law School about the latest call for blogs/papers.

Launching of CADR Blog (Steps and Timeline):


1. Submission of Blogs: February 20.
2. Website Design: Utilize Wix.Site or Webex for website design by February 20.
3. Editing: Blogs undergo editing from February 20 to 28.
4. Blog Posting: Generate a link for blog posting on March 1.

Webinars/Workshops (Every Month):


 Invite external guests monthly to engage with students on noteworthy topics. These Discussions can be used
to decide research topics by the members.
 Ensure seamless organization and participation.

CADR Newsletter (Every Quarter):


 Include selected blogs, summaries of noteworthy judgments, event reports, and student achievements in ADR.
 Publish the newsletter at the end of each quarter.
 Social Media team will be given the Contents and the newsletter will be designed as in the sample herein-
