Note Problem: Hypothyroidism (X40IQ)

History: come in for review, is feeling much better on 150mcg thyroxine,
breathing better, no longer getting palpitations
postural symptoms have resolved,
Plan: cont thyroxine as it is and rpt bloods in 4-5 weeks,

Note History: saw optician, see letter, has already been referred to the REI triage but given
leaflet and number to call to ensure they have her on their list

Note History: no longer feeling giddy when she stands up but still significant postural drop,
Plan: stop amlodipine and rpt sitting and standing BPs when sees nurse for bloods in 4
weeks

Note Problem: Hypothyroidism (X40IQ)

History: called re her TFTs, overactive due to too much thyroxine, ??was interacting with
orlistat as she has now stopped it but was leaving at least 4 hours between taking the 2,
best not to stop altogether so I'd suggest go back on 150mcg from tomorrow and recheck
TFTs in 6 weeks
seeing me in 2 weeks so discuss other bloods then

Note History: tried calling re her TFTs, I see that she was seen by OOH,
she has just gone out, spoke to her husband, he will let her know I called,
call me back later in week if wishes but otherwise rv on 2nd June as planned
