community to share insights, network, and learn from each other. This event
features presentations, workshops, webinars, QA sessions, and panels, all led by
talented Black professionals in the L&D industry. The Learning Exchange highlights
Black excellence in our industry and allows us to connect with industry-adjacent
professionals. As the Community Architect, I work closely with stakeholders
