established there data center at IBM premises. Bangalore is center for business and IT
having branches all across India connecting to Bangalore data center.

around DATA center operations and optimization of Data Center infrastructure.
Provide Hardware and Basic software Technical support on HP Proliant ML DL, Blade servers
and MSA storage arrays (entry level storage) and manage an incident through resolution.
Analysis of server logs (HPS report), cfg2html, SOS Report (Linux Servers), support ticket for
backup systems for any hardware related errors/issues and provide solution to customer on
priority. Provide remote support and assistance on telephone to customers during the
server deployment/implementation stage
Working with vendors, Onsite support engineers and Back end team to ensure the smooth
work flow and closely monitor an issue through resolution.
Escalate issues that require L2 Attention and working closely with them to ensure smooth
work flow and ensure highest level of customer satisfaction is maintained.
Prepare technical Documentation and Training materials on Industry standard servers and
deliver training to remote support technicians predominantly over live meeting and virtual
classrooms on newly launched HP servers and services.
