The background of the study, “How the interesting place is KUTTI
RESTORT & SPA ?” How do they manage all the things that are there?
How they interact with the visitors? How they deal with all the guests?
How they tackle problems and complaints related to hotels or any
other issue?

OBJECTIVE OF THE STUDY

The objective of the study is to get or feel inspired by their
activities, motivations and guidelines. Another objective of the
study is to know that all the pers onnel of a hotel work in a
hotel at their post and to get knowledge on how we all can run
a hotel or any other hospitality field. And after all this hard
work brings success in our life.

FINDINGS
Deluxe Twin room

Deluxe Twin room is well equipped with all the modern facilities as Air
Conditioning, Television ,Wi-Fi, Complimentary mineral. water,Iron
and Ironing Board on request,room service.The g uest can have a
pleasant stay at the property. It has two single bed.
Deluxe Double Room
Deluxe double rooms are usually larger than their standard
counterparts, may include a bathtub and a shower in the
bathroom, and include more high-end amenities. It has one single
bed and 1 king-size bed.
JUNIOR SUITE ROOM
Experience larger and comfortable rooms with huge
space and are fulfilled with modern amenities. Enjoy
and taste authentic breakfast in room. Spend your
leisure time with your family and others watching
your favourites channels. Get quality room service
and get to enjoy shower with both hot and cold
water. Keep your clothes well managed with in room
ironing service upon your request.

I would like to recommend all the people to go to KUTI RESORT &

SPA for stay or meetings or for some other occasion because the view
there is great as the hotel is situated in very beautiful place with
beautiful view of hills as well as I would like to suggest them that their
lobby is grand with beautiful chandeliers but the place is a bit dull and
they could add some more beautiful decoration inside .
