Other Details

 The role will have a Service Agreement of 18months is applicable, with a penalty clause of 1.5lakhs.

Job Description

The key deliverables of the role includes:

 Business Intelligence: Quantitative analysis of current market scenario, the key players in the market, pipeline
products & their potential.

 Representation: Ability to analyze and interpret data to extract insights. Understanding of statistical concepts and
methods. Good Understanding of different type of data and representation techniques using data tables and
combination charts.

 Dashboarding: Familiar with data visualization tools like Excel, Tableau, Power BI, Qlik or others. Knowledge of best
practises in creating effective and meaningful visualizations.

 Programming skills: Good knowledge of languages like Python or R and SQL.

 AI/ ML Concepts: Understand the basics of AI and ML concepts. Learn about algorithms, data structures, and
computer science fundamentals.

 Team Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

 Execution: Grasp the underlying logic of an existing dashboard/ tool quickly & update it at regular intervals going
forward.

 Forecasting: Understand the concepts and come up with simple to complex forecasting methodolgies based on the
business scenario at hand.

 Project Engagement: Address all client communication; engage in both off-shore and on-shore relationships; attend
kick-off meeting, and present/ discuss interim outputs and final deliverables.

 Proven analytical & problem solving skills. Incumbent should have the ability to analyze and interpret data to extract
insights.

 Great sense with numbers, tables, charts and trend recognition.

 Understanding of statistical concepts & methods.
 Ability to approach problems analytically and develop solutions.
 Quick learner & ability to grasp new concepts. Stay updated on latest trends and technologies in BI and data
analytics.

 Understands the general business in healthcare industry.

 Understanding of business processes and the ability to translate business requirement into data solutions.
 Excellent communication & language skills.
 Quality-focused mindset and very close attention to details.
 Ability to adhere to timelines & develop high quality deliverables while paying close attention to details when working
with data to ensure accuracy & reliability.
