Significance of study:
Employee performance is significant for an organization. Employees are
everything for your business. You could have unique product or service but if your
employees are not performing well, there is no value of this product or service.
Therefore, employee development is important for employee to enhance their
skills and capabilities and upgrade their existing knowledge in order to
performing better. Positive and developed employee performance can always
improve your organization through their skills and abilities. Whereas negative and
undeveloped employees performance can hurt and damages an organization at
every level. Therefore, employee development is important for employees
performance.

Employee development is one of the most important part of Human
resource management. The success or failure of organization depends
on employee performance. There is a direct relationship between
employee development and employee performance. When employees
would not be more developed and they would not be satisfied with the
job, the performance would not be increased.

organization are investing huge amount of money on employees
development.
