happening all the time. Specifically, Level one, who was one of the biggest

production companies, just made their last film, now all their athletes and more

are making their own parts and having their own premiers.

coming out and new production companies every season.

c. Ski Town Revival events and Banff Film festivals may offer similar films to what

we offer but they require travelling and watching all the films in a certain period,

while the outdoor pass allows people to purchase one ticket and go to each of

the events that the individual production companies put on.

d. Salt Lake City, Denver, Bozeman, Jackson Hole, and the Lake Tahoe area where

all hotspots this past fall that offered multiple different films in their area.

e. Nobody else offers such a product that allows someone to purchase one pass

that gets them access to all the premiers and shows in their area for ski movies

and then all your other outdoor films as well.

VI. Financial Analysis
