    TENANCY AGREEMENT NOTICE

    On the 8th of May 2020, a room was rented to Madam Mercy Amoah (tenant)
    by Mrs Joyce Afriyie (landlady) at an agreed amount of Gh¢ 2,600 for three
    years.

    The tenant is to adhere to the following,

     A tenant shall inform the landlord of his/her exit or renewal within the
    last three(3) months of due time.
     A tenant shall work relentlessly in tidying the environment ,washroom
     A tenant shall live peaceably with co-tenants
     A tenant shall pay their due electricity tariffs

    NOTE: A tenant shall be subjected to vacate the premises if he/she fails to


    adhere to the directives above.
